How To

Master the Basics

1

How to Place Lashes on the Applicator

Open your kit, split the lash pairs by sliding the magnets apart, check which is top and bottom, then set them on the applicator.

2

How to Put On Your Lashes

Find the best eyelid position, about halfway closed, match the applicator curve, press gently, and clip the lashes together.

3

How to Take Off Your Lashes

Hold the magnets between your thumb and index finger, angle thumbs toward each other, not your eye, and softly slide them apart.

Something Feeling Off?

If Your Lashes Aren’t Sitting Right

Your eye position makes all the difference. When your eyes are opened too wide, the applicator curve may not match your lash line. Lower your lids about halfway — that’s the ideal spot. Practice the angle a few times before adding lashes.

If They Won’t Connect or Come Off the Applicator

The magnets need to be facing one another. The upper lash has magnets underneath, while the lower lash has magnets on top. If they’re reversed, they won’t click together. Turn them around and try again.

Fast check

Lift both lashes up — the magnets should point toward each other, not away.

If Taking Them Off Hurts or Pulls

Don’t tug the lashes straight away — that can pull on your natural lashes. Instead, hold the magnets between your thumb and index finger, angle your thumbs toward each other (not toward your eye), then softly slide them apart.

Important

Always slide, never pull. Think of it like unzipping, not tearing off a band-aid.
